Items are shipped out from our Terrey Hills warehouse and we aim to dispatch orders within 3 days (this is subject to change during times of demand). Please ensure that your address is stated correctly - if you think you have made a mistake please contact us immediately. Once the item is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and once dispatched we can not determine the time for delivery as it is subject to our delivery partner. If the item arrives damaged, please use our Contact Us form accompanied with images of the product. We do not accept damaged shipping claims if the product has had the labels removed or if it has been used.

Warranty

All Cheeki bottles are under 1 year warranty. Cheeki bottle lids are under 3 months warranty and Cheeki Arch Support thongs are under 6 months warranty for all manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect is damaged or a mistake that occurs during the manufacturing process. These include: -Product that do not insulate correctly. -Uneven or rough surface or edging on your product. -Loose internal parts or rattle. Sometimes manufacturing “beads” are caught inside the walls of insulated products. These are not harmful and will not affect the functioning of your product but they can be annoying. -Should the product be deemed damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect by a Cheeki representative then we may issue a replacement or refund. Is it a result from wear and tear? Improper use of the product can damage the product of which we deem not to be covered under warranty. These may include: -Scratches and dents from dropping the product -Peeling paint from environmental factors like acidic cleaners or excessive heat -Damages occurred through cleaning via a dishwater (unless stated dishwasher safe) -If the product is deemed damaged from general wear and tear, we may not issue any replacements or refunds. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns

Cheeki adheres to a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we aren't able to offer a refund or exchange, unless it is deemed faulty from our warranty guidelines. To return your unused product, please contact us and a customer service consultant will be able to review your request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This includes the shipment to the Cheeki warehouse and the shipping costs back to the customer. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the order will be deducted from your refund. This policy applies to both our Arch Support Thongs and Hydration products. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
