PRODUCT DETAILS Won't slip off the shoulders. Unisex fit. Completely washable and hygienic. CARE Hand wash in warm water. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Hang to air-dry in a well ventilated area. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE We recommend you wear the brace for between 10 to 20 minutes in the first few days. Then slowly add more time every day until your back and shoulder muscle memory slowly adjusts to the new posture setting. Strengthening your back muscles with specific exercises can aid the posture correction process. WE RECOMMEND wearing your brace from 30 minutes to 2-3 hours per day, depending on comfort. Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict circulation. Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
WARNINGS The manufacturer/importer will not be held responsible for any misuse of this product. If pain increases or persists discontinue use and consult a physician. No brace can totally prevent injury and no guarantee is made either expressed or implied that injury will be prevented by this product. To maintain quality the manufacturer reserves the right to alter specifications and materials without prior notice. Individuals with allergic reactions to rubber/latex should not use such products. Unless otherwise specified this product contains rubber/latex content. Please seek medical advice prior to use if you suffer from circulatory problem.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. Minimum delivery time frame is 1-2 days, however will vary depending on location. All orders are subject to courier shipping services, unless labelled as free shipping. All orders will be provided an Australia Post tracking number. Warranty

Returns
Please note, for urgent enquiries such as order cancellation/changes, please send an email to [email protected] along with the email used for your order and invoice number.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes: - found cheaper elsewhere - did not like the product after purchase - had no use for the product
However, we have a strict 7 day returns period of all unopened and unused products. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to return/exchange via email ([email protected]) with the following information:
- Order Number
- Product & description of issue
- Photographic evidence of issue Your case will be assessed by our returns team and you will be notified of the next steps.
You may also be provided with a refund or exchange only if an item has a major problem per consumer law definitions.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is always paid by the customer, unless we are responsible for the cause of the return.
Re-delivery fees after the first failed attempt (incorrect address, receiver unknown, not collected or delivery refused) will be applied when re-sent.
For accepted change of mind returns we will provide a partial refund once the item has returned to us in an acceptable condition. The refund is partial because we incur significant logistical and processing costs to provide our products to you.
