GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Choose a comfortable vibration level : soft, medium or hard. We recommend using the balls for a few minutes daily when you first start. Once you have become more accustomed to the spikey nature of the ball, you may use it more frequently. When using a spikey ball always breathe deeply and slowly as you apply the massage and vibration. A 90cm stretchy applicator strap holds the balls in pockets. This makes it so easy to apply over hard to get at locations.
WARNINGS If you feel any discomfort, sharp or intense pain stop immediately and consider seeing your doctor. Adjust the pressure or move to a different area if necessary. Do not use a spikey ball immediately after injury or trauma, over broken skin, if you suffer from a chronic vascular disease or if you are under the care of a medical professional for any reason. Always confirm with them before use.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. Minimum delivery time frame is 1-2 days, however will vary depending on location. All orders are subject to courier shipping services, unless labelled as free shipping. All orders will be provided an Australia Post tracking number. Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes: - found cheaper elsewhere - did not like the product after purchase - had no use for the product
However, we have a strict 7 day returns period of all unopened and unused products. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to return/exchange via email ([email protected]) with the following information:

- Product & description of issue
- Photographic evidence of issue Your case will be assessed by our returns team and you will be notified of the next steps.
You may also be provided with a refund or exchange only if an item has a major problem per consumer law definitions.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is always paid by the customer, unless we are responsible for the cause of the return.
Re-delivery fees after the first failed attempt (incorrect address, receiver unknown, not collected or delivery refused) will be applied when re-sent.
For accepted change of mind returns we will provide a partial refund once the item has returned to us in an acceptable condition. The refund is partial because we incur significant logistical and processing costs to provide our products to you.
