Warranty
12 months warranty and we would like to be contacted direct to resolve and replace any faulty parts rather than refund or return. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns
CharliChair is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. This covers against faults which develop through faulty materials and workmanship. Misuse, accidental damages, normal wear and tear or neglect are not covered. The CharliChair must be inspected that there was not any physical damage as the cause.
Contact information
The CharliChair makes it all easy. The 5-point harness keeps the newborn in place. The chair is elevated to the required height. The seat may be tilted to the required angle according to preference. It also helps avoid future struggles as the child will become accustomed to the shower from birth. The CharliChair prevents the pain parents feel from bended backs and knees on a tiled floor. Bottom line is, the CharliChair takes the stress out of bath time!
