All returns must be clean with hygiene stickers attached (where applicable), unwashed and unworn accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and tags. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchange are only valid for 14 days after delivery. If you contact Tyoub after 14 days, you will no longer be able to exchange or return an item.
