Goods and Services Tax (GST) -GST is applied to products as outlined by the Australian Taxation Office. GST is not applicable to a large range of our products supplied for disability or rehabilitation purposes.

Title to Goods -Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.

Availability of Products -Products offered are subject to availability. We aim to supply all orders complete however if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. We may supply a near equivalent item if you are happy.

Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect -If upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is a shortage against the invoiced quantity, notification must be made within 7 working days. Please quote your customer number and the invoice number. Should an expected order not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. Claims made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.

Returns

Return of Goods

No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of purchase. The company is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions. A 10% restocking fee may be charged and goods must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging and returned at the cost of the customer.

Refunds: -Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Shipping: -To return your product, you should mail your product to: 22 Salisbury Rd, Asquith, New South Wales, AU, 2077. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do not over-inflate aircells. Improper aircell inflation may cause significant skin irritation, especially in people with diabetic neuropathy (a diabetic nerve condition). Check your skin frequently for “hot spots” and skin irritation. If you see any skin changes or feelings of discomfort, reduce the aircell compression. Do not use this device if you cannot feel sensations whether due to post-op anaesthesia, nerve, skin or other conditions. Always consult with your physician or therapist before making changes to the brace. This product is to be used under the supervision of a medical professional. This device is not intended for unsupervised public use.

This product is not intended to be used directly on open wounds or broken skin. If pain and/or numbness occurs, contact your medical professional immediately. Ask prescribing medical professional as to what opposing footwear to use. Use caution when walking on wet or slippery surfaces to avoid injury. At high altitudes, the aircells will expand beyond optimal level. Adjust aircell pressure by tightening or loosening straps.

The Victor Moonboot is intended for use as a support for lower leg, ankle, and toe region, as a fixation of foot and ankle at 90 degrees that allows ambulation. These products are indicated for use by individuals suffering from any one of the following, or other similar conditions; lower leg fractures, fractures of the metatarsals, ankle sprains, ligament injures, post fractures after initial casting, post-operative procedures, among other musculoskeletal ailments typically seen in an orthopaedic clinic or hospital. Victor Moonboot 2.0 is specifically indicated for soft tissue injuries, Grade 2 and 3 sprains-stable fracture, post-operative use, trauma and rehab. The Victor Moonboot is intended for short term single patient use and not intended to undergo regular service cycles. This product was designed to withstand normal use conditions for orthopaedic support, post injury rehab or prevention of further injury. Like all products that are worn by individuals, the extended life of such products is determined by the level of activity and type of activity of the individual.

Step 1: Open the boot liner without removing it from the boot. Step 2: Place boot flat on the floor and put the foot inside the boot. Make sure the heel is all the way to the back of the boot. Step 3: Secure the lining to the leg by overlapping the liner on the top of the foot and at the front of the lower leg. Step 4: Secure the Velcro straps beginning with the straps closest to the toes. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. As swelling patterns change in one day it may be necessary to adjust the degree of tightness of the strap for comfort. Step 5: Inflate: Pump air into liner to desired comfort. DO NOT overinflate. To deflate turn valve under the pump to release air. REMOVAL Remove air prior to taking boot off by turning valve under pump. Unfasten the Velcro straps and then unfasten the liner. Gently bring foot & ankle forward out of the walker. To reapply place the foot & ankle back into the liner & refasten the liner and velcro straps. Reinflate the liner.

You should keep it in a cool, dry, and safe place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. You can also use a carrying case to protect it from dust and other contaminants.
