Returns
As a consumer, you are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe there is a defect with the product you have purchased, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund, replacement product, or repair. If the product is damaged through misuse, neglect, or abnormal use, Evorie will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair, and you will be responsible for the cost of having the product returned to you.

Refunds or product replacements will usually be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method for the purchase.
30-day change of mind returns guarantee
Evorie accepts change of mind returns for 30 days. When returning a product, it must: • must include a reference to the order number. • be in its original packaging with all boxes, bags and tags intact. • include all accessories, manuals, certificates and warranty cards including any free gifts or samples that came with it. • not be worn, used, opened or expired • be in a resalable condition.
Change of mind returns cannot be accepted for the following products: • custom made, monogrammed, personalized or altered products. • swimwear, underwear, hosiery, and nappies. • pierced jewelry. • personal care products (e.g. electric toothbrushes, shavers) • cosmetics and make-up. • bedding accessories (e.g. quilts, pillows, mattress protection items) • perishable goods (e.g. food, baby formula, vitamins) • gift hampers
