Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders received before 10:00 AM Australian EST will be dispatched same business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We like to enjoy our weekends and public holidays too.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ask that you allow some additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipping of your order, we will reach out to you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery times:

Orders under $99 Regular: $9.95 (5-10 business days)

Orders over $99 Regular: Free - (5-10 business days)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes and street addresses: We can ship to addresses within Australia to both PO Boxes and street addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns Policy At Faction Labs, we are committed to ensuring you receive the right supplement for your workout and fitness needs. Please review the following details regarding our returns process, compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged in Transit If you receive a faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged item, you are fully covered by Australian Consumer Law and eligible for a refund or replacement.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items: Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery to streamline the returns process. You are entitled to a remedy (refund or replacement) if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Inspection and Rejected Returns Condition Check: Returned items will be inspected by our warehouse team. If a product is not in the same condition as when it was sent (i.e., unopened, unmarked, and undamaged), we will notify you.

Rejected Returns: You have two options: -Ship Back at Your Cost: We can return the item to you. -Recycle the Item: We will dispose of the product.

If no response is received within 14 days, the item will be recycled.

Restocking Fee A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns deemed eligible. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and handling the return.

Shipping Please return items with Signature on Delivery. Faction Labs is not responsible for lost or missing returns without Proof of Delivery. Any items damaged in transit by your courier are your responsibility.

Refunds Full refunds are only offered for defective, faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged goods, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Number (RN) - provided by us to the customer All returns must have a valid return number clearly displayed on the parcel. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, unopened and complete with any accessories received.
