Goods and Services Tax (GST) -GST is applied to products as outlined by the Australian Taxation Office. GST is not applicable to a large range of our products supplied for disability or rehabilitation purposes.
Title to Goods -Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.
Availability of Products -Products offered are subject to availability. We aim to supply all orders complete however if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. We may supply a near equivalent item if you are happy.
Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect -If upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is a shortage against the invoiced quantity, notification must be made within 7 working days. Please quote your customer number and the invoice number. Should an expected order not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. Claims made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.
Returns
Return of Goods
No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of purchase. The company is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions. A 10% restocking fee may be charged and goods must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging and returned at the cost of the customer.
Refunds: -Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Shipping: -To return your product, you should mail your product to: 22 Salisbury Rd, Asquith, New South Wales, AU, 2077. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Although it is safe for most people, experts recommend that some groups of people avoid EMS treatment unless a doctor advises its use. This recommendation applies to the following people: Pregnant women: Pregnant women should avoid using EMS in the abdominal and pelvic regions. People with epilepsy: Applying electrodes to the head or neck of people with epilepsy may induce seizures. People with heart problems. People with a pacemaker or another type of electrical or metal implant. Avoid placing the pads on bony areas. They work best on muscle or fatty areas. Clean your skin and let it dry before applying the pads. If you experience redness, itching, or a rash within the first 24 hours, contact your health care provider. Don't put the pads on broken or irritated skin.
Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) is used to treat pain, heal muscles, and improve strength and range of motion.

Step 1: Attach the pads: Place the pads on or around the painful area. You can try placing one pad on the painful area and the other a few centimeters away. Step 2: Turn on the machine: With the pads attached, turn on the machine. Step 3: Adjust the intensity: Start on a low setting and gradually increase the intensity until you feel a slight tingling sensation. The sensation should feel comfortable, not painful. Step 4: Use the machine: You can use the machine for a specific area or for a larger area. For larger areas, you can use more electrodes. Step 5: Turn off the machine: When you're finished, turn off the machine and remove the pad.
Step 1: Clean the unit Turn off the unit and use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe it down. Avoid using chemical cleaners or rubbing alcohol. Step 5: Charge rechargeable batteries If the unit has rechargeable batteries, charge them according to the manufacturer's instructions.
