If the product that you have ordered from Mindful and Co Kids is in stock at the time your order is accepted, this will be processed before 11am each day. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with a tracking number from the chosen Courier. The estimated delivery time-frame will range between 3-7 business days. Please note however, this is an indication only. At certain times of the year, it can go beyond this, therefore we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for delivery. To ensure the safe delivery of your product(s), we recommend that someone is available to receive your order.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in unused condition with all original labels attached.
Restocking Fee: -A restocking fee of $2.50 per item will be applied for all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing returned items at our warehouse.
Refund Details: -Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. -We will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping costs and the restocking fee. -Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
