Domestic Shipping -We offer standard shipping within Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns For faulty or defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other cases (where returns are accepted under our discretion), shipping costs must be borne by the customer if applicable.

Change of Mind -Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect choice. As FeetCalm products are cosmetic in nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product faults or defects.
Faulty or Defective Products -If a product is found to be faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. To qualify: 1. The issue must not be due to misuse or failure to follow product instructions. 2. You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
If you believe your product is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at [email protected], providing a description of the issue and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
Incorrect Orders -If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and for correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
Cancellations -Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Directions of Use: Use one ampoule a day for 7 consecutive days until the treatment is complete. Apply morning or evening to clean, dry skin: - Shake the ampoule and insert the opener into the top. Break and pour the contents into the palm of the hand. - Spread carefully over the feet using light circular movements. Use the remaining contents of the ampoule to spread from the instep towards the ankle and part of the leg. - It is absorbed quickly. No need to rinse off. However, wait a few minutes before applying the other usual care products to ensure that the formula penetrates the skin properly. One ampoule has enough content for both feet.
