We offer standard delivery anywhere within Australia, usually within 2-4 working days depending on your location. Orders that are placed before 7am will be processed and sent out that day and any orders placed after will be processed and shipped the day after.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Should the item you buy not be exactly what you expect, simply return the product to us within 7 days, unused and in the original condition and packaging. Provided the items are returned to us unused and in the original packaging within 7 days, we will issue a refund.

Used or damaged items that are returned will not be accepted.

Due to our free shipping policy, when items are returned for change of mind purchases, there will be a re-delivery fee charged. Unfortunately Strapit does not cover the cost of any return postage for change of mind purchases.

If in the rare instance there is a manufacturing fault with your item, please contact us immediately. When your delivery is received, we will happily organise a repair or replacement item, in line with manufacturer’s warranty.

A re-delivery fee will not be charged for exchange of any faulty items.
