Solo uses the 2-Phase Expression technology, which alternates from fast to slower sucking rhythms, mimicking the baby’s natural rhythm. Solo comes with Personal Fit Flex breast shield that can be easily adjusted to fit your breast, making your pumping more comfortable and giving you up to 11.8% more milk. Solo is more compact than the Swing breast pump and has a built-in rechargeable battery with USB type C connector, saving you time and allowing you to use it without having to recharge for up to six pumping sessions. The closed system, that prevents breast milk from entering the tubing, overflowing and leaking into the pump mechanism, helps ensure that your expressed milk stays safe and clean, but also that your pump's components are protected from potential damage. Returns
We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
If the goods you have received are not what you need, MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD may accept the return of goods in accordance with the following conditions: 1. There is a fault with the item. This will need to be returned and inspected. 2. The return must be authorised by a Customer Service Representative. 3. Returned goods due to change of mind must be in original condition. Packaged goods must be unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition. MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD may reject returned goods that do not comply with this condition unless MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD has requested their return, or the goods were defective at the time of supply and compliance is not possible. All claims must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. 4. All claims for credit must be communicated to MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD within thirty (30) days of dispatch or discovery of defect in the goods.
