Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty against defects from the delivery date, unless otherwise specified. If you believe your item is defective, please contact our team for guidance on initiating a warranty claim. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns

Change of Mind Policy: -For change of mind returns, we accept unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of order receipt. A refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process: -To begin the return process for either policy, please reach out to our customer service team. They will provide you with the necessary instructions and return authorization information. We kindly ask that you securely package all returned items to prevent damage during transit. -Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process the applicable refund or warranty claim based on our assessment.
