Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive your goods. Please email us at [email protected] within that time frame if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we typically cannot offer a refund unless your purchase is covered under our warranty terms.

To be eligible for a “no-questions-asked” money-back guarantee your item must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it in.

To complete your return, we will require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

You will assume all costs for returning your shipment. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post or a trackable shipping service. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Peekyboo will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refund policy.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-10 days for the returned order to be inspected and reviewed.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original purchase payment method.
