Delivery Timeframes -Our delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, especially during peak times (e.g., holidays or major sales events). Here’s a breakdown of expected delivery times:

Metro Areas: -Standard: 3-5 business days

Regional Areas: -Standard: 5-7 business days

Remote Locations: -Standard: 7-10 business days -We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 10:00 am AEST will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking -Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can check the status of your order at any time by entering your tracking number on the courier's website.

Delivery Partner -We work with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your Heylo products. Depending on your location and order size, your package may be delivered by CouriersPlease, Aramax or Sendle.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, or through Australia Post.

Authority to Leave (ATL): -If you grant Authority to Leave, the courier will leave your package at your specified location without requiring a signature. Please note that Heylo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if ATL is selected.

Missed Delivery -If you are unavailable when your package arrives and you haven’t provided Authority to Leave, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from the nearest collection point.

Order Issues or Delays If your order is delayed, misplaced, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns are available subject to the following conditions: -Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is sent. Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully. -Once the parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement depending on the concern.

The following conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns: -The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products. -The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order. -The customer did not familiarise themselves with the ingredients or other product information available on the product page before ordering.
