Delivery address -You should ensure that the delivery address in your order is correct. Until an order has been delivered, you can request a change to the delivery address by emailing your order number and updated delivery address to [[email protected]] however we do not guarantee that a carrier can redirect your delivery.

Authority to leave -You agree that your orders include an authority to leave. This means that carriers can leave your order unattended at your delivery address without a signature. Please note that if a carrier determines that the location is not secure, they may decide not leave your order unattended and deliver it to a collection point. You are responsible for collecting your order from a collection point.

Return of orders/delivery failure If your order is returned to us for any reason, we may in our sole discretion arrange for redelivery (at your additional cost) or provide you with a refund for the price of the order less the delivery fee and a restocking fee.

The Australian Consumer Law sets out certain consumer rights and remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Our Returns Policy is in addition to and does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind -We do not offer refunds or accept product returns if you change your mind or provide an incorrect delivery address.

Faulty or damaged products -We will accept product returns (within 14 days) and provide you with a refund or replacement (within 14 days) where: (i) products are faulty or damaged; or (ii) incorrect products have been delivered; and (iii) you provide us with adequate proof of purchase.

We understand, however, that sometimes the boost in supply may not be what you thought it would be. If that’s the case, we’re happy to offer a refund of the price of a single box of lactation cookies (less the delivery fee) subject to the following conditions:

-the offer is only valid for your first order; -you must request the refund by email to [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order; -you must be currently breastfeeding; and -you must have followed our recommended consumption of 1-2 cookies per day.
