Change of address:

Returns
Refunds: We are sorry you don’t love our products as much as we do. Unfortunately, YUNG BOD does not offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns on any products purchased - this includes ‘change of mind’ due to health regulations and hygiene reasons. A refund is only accepted if a product is incorrect or faulty.
Faulty products:
In the unlikely event you have received incorrect or faulty items, send an email to [email protected] and include your order information in the subject line. Provide details including photos and proof of purchase within 14 days of buying.
Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, YUNG BOD will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and provide instructions accordingly. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days from approval.
Changing or cancelling your order: Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
Missing items: We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you - it’s equally important to us! We do everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. - If you haven’t used incense sticks before, keep in mind they don’t burn like candles with a lasting flame. The burning embers are enough to keep it going.
- Intended for adult use only. - Keep out of reach of children. - For external use only. - Incense sticks are delicate: handle with care. - Never leave burning incense unattended.
- Place incense stick in a suitable holder and ignite the tip. - Burn for 5 seconds and then gently blow out the flame, allowing the stick to smoulder and fragrance the air and slowly burn down. - To extinguish dip stick in water or press top against hard heat resistant surface. - If you wish not to burn the entire stick, you can reignite later.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
