Shipping
All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day from placement. You should expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days for standard shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns
We will accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered and allow up to 21 days to process any return request for refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be in saleable condition, that is unused with all original sealed packaging and where the product seal is not broken or tampered and you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
If you received a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we do offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered, any claim after this period may not be accepted.
