Shipping
All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day from placement. You should expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days for standard shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns
We will accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered and allow up to 21 days to process any return request for refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be in saleable condition, that is unused with all original sealed packaging and where the product seal is not broken or tampered and you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
If you received a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we do offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered, any claim after this period may not be accepted.
