PRODUCT DETAILS Stool Base with topper. Material: Durable plastic. Dimension : 45 x 19.5 x 29.5 cm. Product weight: 800 gms. Weight Limit: 115 kg How to choose between 7" and 9" height? Some stool are available in 2 heights. 7" (178mm) or 9" (229mm). When this option exists the first thing to do is measure the height of your toilet from the floor to the seat. Between 14 and 16 inches (355-406mm) you should choose a 7" (178mm) stool. Over 16" inches (356mm) you should choose a 9" (229mm) stool. Some people may desire to have their knees placed higher and so could therefore choose the taller stool, even if the range specifies the smaller one. This is a personal decision based on your choice. It could be said that the taller stool suits more experienced squatters. Note: The topper is slightly grey in colour in comparison to the stool.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. Minimum delivery time frame is 1-2 days, however will vary depending on location. Returns
Please note, for urgent enquiries such as order cancellation/changes, please send an email to [email protected] along with the email used for your order and invoice number.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes: - found cheaper elsewhere - did not like the product after purchase - had no use for the product
However, we have a strict 7 day returns period of all unopened and unused products. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to return/exchange via email ([email protected]) with the following information:

- Product & description of issue
- Photographic evidence of issue Your case will be assessed by our returns team and you will be notified of the next steps.
You may also be provided with a refund or exchange only if an item has a major problem per consumer law definitions.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is always paid by the customer, unless we are responsible for the cause of the return.
Re-delivery fees after the first failed attempt (incorrect address, receiver unknown, not collected or delivery refused) will be applied when re-sent.
For accepted change of mind returns we will provide a partial refund once the item has returned to us in an acceptable condition. The refund is partial because we incur significant logistical and processing costs to provide our products to you.
