Livingstone Reusable Hot & Cold Packs are reusable for the relief of pain and swelling of minor injuries. Pack can be frozen or microwavable. Use heat to relax muscles and reduce pain. Use cold to reduce inflammation and swelling. Available in multiple sizes to suit injury needs. Best used with non-woven cover. ARTG No. 171987.

For Cold Use: Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Bend the pack and flex back and forth several times to soften, and wrap in Livingstone's special purpose non-woven pouch (order Code: HCPCOVERLRG) or a towel, then apply to affected area. Can be stored in freezer until needed. To obtain coldest temperature, it is necessary to store in freezer for about 2 hours prior to use.For Hot use: Place in boiling water or very hot water for approximately 5 minutes or until desired heat is reached. Alternatively place in microwave (700 to 800 wattage) and heat for 20 seconds. Microwave ovens may vary, increase or decrease heating time in 10 second intervals to reach desired temperature. Wrap in Livingstone's special purpose non-woven pouch (order Code: HCPCOVERLRG) or a towel, then apply to affected area.
Can be stored in freezer when not in use.
