Returns

For valid claims under the Australian Consumer Law, and exchanges if you receive the wrong products, the postage costs to return the products to us will be paid by Moments. Except where your claim is covered by a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, returned products should be returned in the original unopened packaging and not be tampered with. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. For public health and safety reasons, given the nature of our products, please do not return any used products.
