PROCESSING YOUR ORDER An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. If you choose to have your order left and you are not at home, the responsibility is yours, but please contact us immediately to discuss. Delivery is between Monday and Friday, unless another delivery method has been agreed with us.

TRACKING ORDERS All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance at [email protected].

We currently do not offer international shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

DELIVERY TIMES Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected, but depending on location, it is 2-7 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and do not throw the product away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).

PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Returns Our Refund and Policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, we will advise you by email and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days. If for any reason your refund is rejected, we will advise you by email, including the reason for rejection.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund after being advised of a refund approval, please check your bank / credit card account again in 3 - 4 days. It may take some time (up to 2 weeks) before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) If approved for refund, sale items will only be refunded at the sale price.

Exchanges (if applicable) We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping times for exchanges will vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we will not be held responsible for any returns or exchanges that are lost in shipping.
