To start a damaged product claim: • All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receipt by writing to [email protected] • Please provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame. • Once assessed we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return. • Shipping costs for the order and the return will unfortunately not be refunded.

Returns & Refunds on successful damaged product claims: • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. • Unfortunately, we do not refund money for change of mind.
