INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict circulation. Always ensure to choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing and if unsure always consult a physician. This brace is not designed to stop knee joint damage tears or dislocations. We suggest you consider a more rigid style knee brace for this purpose. Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis. Always choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing. All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. Minimum delivery time frame is 1-2 days, however will vary depending on location. All orders are subject to courier shipping services, unless labelled as free shipping. All orders will be provided an Australia Post tracking number. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes: - found cheaper elsewhere - did not like the product after purchase - had no use for the product

- Photographic evidence of issue Your case will be assessed by our returns team and you will be notified of the next steps.
You may also be provided with a refund or exchange only if an item has a major problem per consumer law definitions.

Re-delivery fees after the first failed attempt (incorrect address, receiver unknown, not collected or delivery refused) will be applied when re-sent.
For accepted change of mind returns we will provide a partial refund once the item has returned to us in an acceptable condition. The refund is partial because we incur significant logistical and processing costs to provide our products to you.
