Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional 3-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched as well as tracking information.

Faulty Product Returns On the rare occasion you may receive a faulty product, please send us a short video or image of the product fault with a description of the issue to [email protected] Our Customer Service Team will contact you to resolve the issue. If found to be faulty we will send you a reply-paid label for you to return the product to us. Replacement goods or refund will be sent on receipt of the faulty product.
