How to use the 500ml lodine Bottle Each ml in the 500ml bottle contains 300mcg of lodine. Use the enclosed pipette to measure 3ml of iodine. Insert the enclosed pipette (dropper) into the 500ml bottle. A dropperful is 3ml. Draw 3ml of iodine, then add to 4 ounces of water, and drink. How to use the 30ml Spray Bottle Use the enclosed funnel to fill the 30ml spray bottle half way (which is 15ml). Add water to the bottle, fill to just below the neck of the bottle. Be careful not to overfill the bottle. If you do overfill the spray bottle it will spill over when you insert the sprayer. This provides 150pm dilution for 30ml spray bottle and 30 mcg per spray. Spray in the back of the throat and swallow. Each spray is 30mcg. Use distilled water for the dilution.
