How can I track my order? -As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll drop you an email with a shipping confirmation notice and your tracking number.

A little note: you might not see tracking updates when your items are journeying between depots (think Brisbane/Sydney to Perth), but rest assured, they’re en route to you.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We are located in Brisbane, QLD. Your shipping time can differ based on where you are in Australia, but we aim to make it swift and simple! For standard shipping, you can expect your package in about 3-7 days. Keep in mind, these are just estimates, and sometimes there might be slight changes. Here’s a quick guide to help you out:

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened goods to Kiddo Kitchen within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change-of-mind refund for any products that have been opened (unless they are covered under our 14-day risk-free trial, offered for all our electrical products).

Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Kiddo Kitchen.

What is your 14-day risk-free trial?

We aim for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase, which is why we provide a 14-day trial period for all our electrical products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it, no questions asked.

Please Note: we cannot offer a free trial on our accessories for hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

When am I eligible to return my product within the 14-day risk-free trial?

To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate your return within a 14-day trial period starting from the date you received your product. Upon receiving and processing your returned order, we will issue the refund accordingly.

For a full refund, the items must be returned in new condition and within their original packaging. Please be aware that items returned damaged, in poor condition, or with missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

Please note that return shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. The return shipping costs will be deducted if a refund is issued. When shipping your item back to us, we recommend opting for a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.
