To arrange a return please email [email protected] and include your order number and details of the items you would like to return. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened and in a condition fit for resale. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If your goods arrive damaged or are in any way unfit for use, please email us at [email protected] so we can arrange replacement or refund.

If you require a return for another reason, please contact us at [email protected] and we will process your request, provided that: • you can provide a proof of purchase. • the product(s) is unused with original, sealed packaging.

If your return is confirmed by our Customer Service team, returns are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for shipping goods back to us will not be covered.

We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights, you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged. Due to the nature of our product, returns and refunds of product(s) are processed on a case-by-case basis.
