Riababy is not responsible or liable for any loss and/or damages incurred to the products during transit.

We are currently trialing new sustainable packaging for online orders. You may receive your order packed with new recycled materials inside the box or satchel.

Unfortunately we have no control over delivery time once your order has left our warehouse, however please see below as a reference.

Melbourne Metro: 2 - 5 business days Other cities in VIC: 3 - 7 business days Sydney Metro: 3 - 8 business days Other interstate locations: 4 - 14 business days

EXCHANGE: We accept change of mind items and will offer an exchange on any product upon return of the item. The item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging and product must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your delivery or purchase. Please return the item together with your original invoice which came with the parcel. Please write down your return reason, if you’re looking at to exchange for something else, we will dispatch and provide you a new tracking number as soon as we receive your returned parcel (additional postage may accrue)

If you accidentally returned an item which was not purchased from us, you will be responsible to post it back to you.

Large items, except in relation to incorrectly supplied goods or faults where your statutory rights are unaffected, may not be able to be returned if they are unwanted. Please contact us to discuss.

CHANGE OF MIND: We put our heart and soul into each of our product and we hope that you will come to love our products, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products or changed your mind, please contact us within 7 business days and arrange for it to be returned in its unopened and unused form and in its original packaging. After inspection of the returned product, we will then process your refund or exchange.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT: We aim to be faultless and will check every order before it is sent to you. But if we made a mistake or damage occurs during transit, please contact us as soon as you can and we will endeavour to arrange for an exchange of product or refund.

REFUNDS: Riababy accepts returns of faulty items for an exchange, store credit or a refund. Riababy reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund where a fault is caused by neglect or misuse.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
