If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery, and we'll be more than happy to arrange a replacement or a full refund for you. To proceed with a faulty product claim, email us at [email protected] with a description and photos that clearly show the defect. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of the approval.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Ingredients Directions for useSprinkle powder over your pooch's food daily. For puppies aged 8 to 26 weeks, administer half of the recommended dosage. Small jar contains 150g (approx. 30 scoops). Large jar contains 450g (90 scoops).
0-10 kg: 1/2 scoop, 11-20 kg: 1 scoop, over 21 kg: 2 scoops per day.
r0-10 kg: 1 SMALL jar every 8 weeks
11-20kg: 1 SMALL jar every 4 weeks
21+ kg: 1 LARGE jar every 6 weeks
