HEMP PET offers a 14-day return policy. When requesting a return, it must be done within 14 days of receiving your product/s and must be in the same condition it was received, and in the original packaging. Please inspect your product/s carefully, and contact HEMP PET immediately if there are any defects, damages or you have received the wrong item.
We do not refund for change of mind. The original postage charge will not be refunded unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products. Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser’s original credit card or direct debit account, if they are accepted.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. SUGGESTED FEEDING RATE - Up to 1ml per 5KG of body weight per day, added to food, or direct. - Before using the product, make sure to shake and stir well. - Can be used with other hemp products, not exceeding 10ml per day of total hemp oil consumption. - For best results and your animal's wellbeing, the oil should be introduced into your dog's diet by starting with a lower rate and then gradually increasing up to suggested feeding rate.
