Each Sublingual Tablet Contains: Colecalciferol (LiposoMax) 25 micrograms (Vitamin D3 1000 IU) No added sulfites, wheat, gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, eggs, soya bean products, lactose or preservatives.
Adults: Chew and dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth or under the tongue once a day with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professionals.
