All orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our Melbourne premises, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order leaves our premises, it’s in the trusty hands of Australia Post. You will receive your tracking number via email from us and then updates on delivery via Australia Post, so please ensure you provide the correct email address and mobile number during checkout.

Delivery times for Australian residents are usually between 3 & 10 days depending on your location.

If your order has not been received within 10 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will endeavor to track it down for you.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase contact should be made via [email protected] to discuss your return.

Where do I return my items? We will make things super simple for you when returning your items. Once we have confirmed your return, we will email you a returns label which you simply print out and apply to the outer of your parcel. We encourage you to place your products in a box rather than a bag, as the box protects the product(s) from getting squashed and bursting open. Once your product has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

What to do if my refund money hasn't been received There is often some processing time before a refund is available in your account. We will advise once the refund has been made and advise waiting up to 7 days before contacting us at [email protected]

100% replacement on any goods received that are damaged. If your product arrives damaged, then we will replace it. Simply get in touch with us via [email protected].

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
