Here's a quick guide as to how long it should take for your item to arrive. Metropolitan For orders to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide Metropolitan areas typically arrive within 10 to 14 business days. Further away: Remote destinations and orders for Perth, Hobart can take a little longer to arrive; typically, 14 to 21 business days. Please note we cannot supply to the Northern Territory No PO Boxes: Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes – please provide an alternative address. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be in the same condition as you received it.

Damages and issues; Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue an make it right.

We honour our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. Items found to be faulty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded (the purchase value of the item).
