SHIPPING AND DISPATCHING TIMELINES:
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving orders. In most cases we dispatch on the same day if orders are placed before mid-day.
Our daily cut-off for processing and dispatching orders is noon (12pm) AEST.
You will receive your shipping notification email with tracking number within 24 hours of lodgement with Australia Post.
Once your orders are lodged with Australia Post, actual delivery timelines are as per Australia Post's advertised delivery timelines.
If you haven't received your order within Australia Post's delivery timelines, we suggest you first check the tracking link provided on your shipping confirmation email.

Returns
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Received the wrong order: If what you received is not what you ordered, please let us know right away and we will send you the right items you ordered along with a paid return satchel so that you can send back the incorrect item(s) to us without any out of pocket costs to you.
Exchanges: If the product you chose is not quite the right size or you prefer a different design or colour, we are more than happy to exchange this for the correct size or a different design or colour, as long as you are able to return the items unused or in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. We also ask that you cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.
To speed up the returns process, please email us and request Returns Form and include this with the product you are sending back.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. We are more than happy to process an exchange for any other product in-store as long as you are able to return the items unused or in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. We also ask that you cover the cost of shipping for change of mind returns.
