"How do I clean my Nebuliser? To clean your nebuliser, please remove the head by pressing the button on the back. Clean it thoroughly with a damp cloth and using a cotton bud to clean off all the sensors and hard to reach areas. Make sure you don’t get liquid into the motor. How often should I clean my Nebuliser? The nebuliser should be cleaned after every use. Why is there a red light on? The red light means there is no medicine in the nebuliser. How long does my charge last for? The charge lasts for 4 doses before it needs to be recharged. It takes up to an hour to recharge from zero. I have damaged the sensors in the head and now it wont work? If the sensors get damaged just contact customer service with pictures of the problem, picture of the id code and a video of it not working. After start-up, the power light comes on for a second then turns off immediately? Please check that the medication cap is installed correctly, and you have put in your medication as instructed. "
