1. DEFINITIONS 1.1. The supplier of goods is Erskine Products Pty Ltd ABN: 81056223897, trading as Piksters™, Erskine Dental and Erskine Oral Care. This includes any reference to “we” or “us”. 1.2. The customer or purchaser is anybody who offers to purchase from us and whose offer we accept. This includes any reference to “you” or “your”.

2. SHIPPING 2.1. Piksters will use our in-house freight management system to select the most suitable and affordable courier option to be shipped to customers. These options include standard shipping and domestic only. 2.2. Piksters will pay freight on standard shipping only. 2.3. Once shipped, standard courier shipping will take the following approximate time to reach delivery destination: • Sydney Metro 2 – 5 Business days • Regional NSW 2 - 10 Business days • Melbourne Metro 2 - 6 Business days • Regional VIC 3 – 10 Business days • Brisbane Metro 2- 5 Business days • Regional QLD 2-10 Business days • SA 3 – 10 Business days • WA 10-15 Business days • TAS 5 -15 Business days

2.4. ALL orders will be picked and shipped within 48 hours of order placement excluding weekends and public holidays. 2.5. Piksters is not liable for shipping delays due to the following: • An incorrect address has not been provided by customer causing non delivery. • Extreme weather events preventing transport companies access to areas within delivery network. 2.6. Piksters guarantee that our products will be shipped in excellent condition and will not be liable for damage in transit due to courier mishandling, goods left at premises being damaged by weather events or theft.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS 2.1. No refund or return is available for “change of mind”. 2.2. Piksters will guarantee replacement or refund of defective goods within 7 days from dispatch or if the goods are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee. The Customer agrees to advise Piksters of any goods prior to returning the goods. An authorisation number will be issued for all returns, on advice by the Customer to Piksters. That a copy invoice or receipt of purchase is to be provided for approval of any return or refund requests. 2.3. Piksters reserves the right to refuse claims (goods returns) if not notified within 7 days of the dispatch of the goods. There are NO return of goods that are not faulty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
