SIZE CHART & FIT GUIDE Designed to fit individuals with a waist circumference of up to 36" / 92cm. Open outer straps and leave unattached. Wrap brace (inside layer) around waist and fasten at front. Hold outer straps, clench tightly, stretch and adhere over inside layer. These may overlap at front of brace. For maximum effectiveness wrap should be tight yet comfortable.
