Returns
We offer 30-day return policy, in which the customer have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return for items purchased from the website. The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags/manuals, and in its original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return postage. If the item is found to be faulty, Cherub Baby may refund the return postage within Australia. Cherub Baby will not be held responsible if the return product/s are damaged in transit or lost. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued if the product/s arrive damaged, used & not in original packaging with any tags or manuals.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Hand wash the jug and blade in warm soapy water and rinse. Wipe down the motor unit with a clean cloth. Descale as per the included instructions. Q. How long does it take to cook baby meals? A. Depending on if you are steaming fruits, vegetables or meat it can take anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. If you are using the AI (automatic mode) the whole process from start to finish takes about 30 minutes. Q. Can I sterilise and warm all brand bottles with this? A. Yes we have tested all major brands on the market and they all fit except bottles larger than 250ml. Lid must be removed to fit. Fits up to 2 small bottles or 1 large (dependent on brand). Q.
