Shipping

Flat rate shipping for all orders is $4.95 and free shipping is available for orders over $59. For damaged goods or goods lost in transit, Essential Dog will replace free of charge and will pay for shipping of the replaced goods.

Returns

For change of mind, please return the goods in original packaging. No returns will be accepted for any items that have been opened and they must be received in saleable condition. Once received, Essential Dog will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind.

For damaged goods or goods lost in transit, Essential Dog will replace free of charge and will pay for shipping of the replaced goods.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This quality product won't disrupt the natural oils on the epidermal layer, which functions as a barrier to protect the skin from bacterial and yeast infections, lesions, dehydration, pollutants, and allergens. Plant-based, free from steroids, sulphates, parabens, silicones, phthalates, artificial fillers, colours, fragrances, and aroma chemicals. A little goes a long way. Safe to lick. Suitable for all breeds, ages and skin types.
