We ship all orders from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery generally takes between 2 – 10 business days to arrive depending on your postcode and location. If your postcode is in a metro area, deliveries may be received within 5 working days. If your postcode is in a regional area, deliveries may be received within 10 working days. For any further information regarding Australia Post regular delivery times, please contact Australia Post.
Once the Australian Natural Soap Company receives your order online, your item/s will be posted within 2 business days. We will notify you of shipment and give you a tracking number by email.
Delivery times may vary. Delivery is also subject to stock availability. Weekends and Public holidays may delay delivery. The Australian Natural Soap Company will notify you within 48 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock which may affect your delivery time.
Customers will also be notified within 48 hours if your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase. This is why we ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify us at the Australian Natural Soap Company within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.
Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns. To claim a refund, please contact us at [email protected] or 1300 727 715 before returning any products. We do not accept change of mind as a return reason.
After returns are received in full, the Australian Natural Soap Company will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are deemed faulty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
