Some products are unsuitable for change of mind return including personal care, skin care and veterinary products. Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. To arrange a return please email [email protected] and include your order number and details of the items you would like to return. Allendale will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid lost package situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Items must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. Items protective packaging must be unopened and the goods unused and in a condition fit for resale. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods. If your goods arrive damaged or are in any way unfit for use please email us at [email protected] so we can arrange replacement or refund.
