All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. Minimum delivery time frame is 1-2 days, however will vary depending on location. All orders are subject to courier shipping services, unless labelled as free shipping. All orders will be provided an Australia Post tracking number. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes: • found cheaper elsewhere • did not like the product after purchase • had no use for the product

However, we have a strict 7 day returns period of all unopened and unused products. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to return/exchange via email ([email protected]) with the following information:

2. Product & description of issue
3. Photographic evidence of issue Your case will be assessed by our returns team and you will be notified of the next steps.

You may also be provided with a refund or exchange only if an item has a major problem per consumer law definitions.
