Roll each area for a minimum of 30 seconds. Avoid sensitive areas such as eyes. Use daily or a few times per week for a least 3mins at a time to stimulate blood flow. Use with Serums or creams so you don't pull or drag on your skin. Do not use on sensitive or broken skin. Always roll on your face or neck in sections, Press firmly to your skin and repeat 20-30 times . Wipe clean after use with a damp towel.

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional 3-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched as well as tracking information.
Warranty

Faulty Product Returns On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty product, please send us a short video or image of the fault, along with a description of the issue, to [email protected]. Our Customer Service Team will review the issue and work with you to resolve it. If the product is found to be faulty, we will provide a reply-paid shipping label for the product to be returned to us. A repaired or replacement product will be provided upon receipt and inspection of the faulty item.
12 Month Product Guarantee If your product develops a fault due to defects in workmanship or materials within 12 months of purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected]. Our team will assess the issue and, where covered under this guarantee, arrange for repair or replacement of the product.
