Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to using. • Setup the device as per instructions. • Add the correct amount of prescribed medication to the medication cup. • Turn the power on. • Hold the nebuliser as per instructions. • Inhale the medication as instructed by your healthcare professional.

Please read all Safety Warnings provided with the product prior to using. • Operate the device only as instructed by your doctor and/or respiratory therapist • This product is intended to be used for inhaling medication for respiratory disorders • The user should also be capable of understanding general machine operation and the content of instruction manual • This product should not be used on patients, who are unconscious or are not breathing spontaneously • For type, dose, and regime of medication follow the instructions of your doctor or respiratory therapist • If you feel anything unusual during use, stop using the device immediately and consult your doctor • Keep the device out of the reach of unsupervised infants and children. The device may contain small pieces that can be swallowed. The air tube or the AC adapter cable may cause accidental strangulation in infants • Do not leave the device unattended with infants or persons who cannot express their consent • Do not cover the compressor with a blanket or towel etc., during use • Always dispose of any remaining medication after use, and use fresh medication each time • Do not use in anaesthetic or ventilator breathing circuits • Do not use the device while sleeping or if drowsy • Operate the device only as intended. Do not use the device for any other purpose • Do not use a mobile phone or other devices that emit electromagnetic fields, near the unit. This may result in incorrect operation of the unit • Follow the AC adaptor instructions carefully

Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are sent via Australia Post or a courier service depending on the size and weight of your item. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Important Delivery Notes • Delivery within Australia only. We do not ship internationally. • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers. • Couriers deliver to the property entrance only and may require your assistance unloading from the vehicle. • Delivery is available during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) only. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. • If no one is home and it is safe to do so, the courier or Australia Post may leave the package without a signature where authorised. • If you have provided Authority to Leave (ATL) instructions, we are not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after the parcel has been delivered and left unattended. • Customers in remote areas (e.g. farms, islands, mining camps, small towns) may need to collect from their nearest freight depot.

Your Responsibilities Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. Any changes to your delivery address after checkout cannot be guaranteed. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional charges may apply for redelivery or return to sender

Returns

Order Processing & Cancellations We understand that changes may be required and will assist where possible. Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly.

Cancellation Window • Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are sent to the warehouse for picking and packing. • Once an order has been sent to the warehouse and entered processing, picking, packing, manifesting, dispatch preparation or dispatch, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns Policy.

Returns - Our returns policy does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind Returns If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, the following conditions apply: • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original saleable condition. • All original packaging and components must be included. • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, certain items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns regardless of condition, including: • Personal care and consumable items. • Custom or special-order items. • Clearance items.

Return Authorisation Prior to returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Do not return items without first receiving instructions from us, as unidentified returns may not be accepted or processed.

Packaging Returned Items It is your responsibility to ensure returned products are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Failure to do so may affect the resolution offered. If a returned item is damaged or lost in transit, no refund will be issued. Please contact your chosen courier for assistance.

Additional Return Conditions • Returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number. • Returned items must be unused, unopened and in resaleable condition. • Products that are used, damaged, modified, missing components or not in original packaging may be rejected. • If a return is rejected, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery

Refunds & Applicable Costs Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Approved Refunds Approved cancellations and change-of-mind returns will be refunded less any direct costs incurred as a result of your order, which may include: • Outbound shipping costs incurred to deliver the order to you. • Return freight costs (where applicable). • Payment merchant and transaction fees charged to us. • Restocking or handling fees where applicable. We will inform you of any deductions before you initiate a return.

Delivery Issues & Return to Sender If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, delivery refusal, or failure to collect from a post office or depot, it will be assessed upon return. Applicable return freight and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing • Approved refunds are generally processed within 10–14 business days. • Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected by this policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to choose your preferred remedy: refund, replacement, or repair. For minor failures, we may offer a free repair in the first instance.

Faulty Items • Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. • Photos or videos may be requested to assist with assessment of the issue. • Remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Fair Use We aim to keep our returns policy fair and consistent for all customers. We trust that our customers will use this policy honestly and reasonably. Where there is clear evidence of patterns of excessive, fraudulent, or unreasonable return activity, we reserve the right to decline return requests at our discretion. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
