Please ensure that your postal address is correct when placing your order (specifically, please make sure that apartment numbers are included where required), as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly supplied addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly supplied address or not collected from the Post Office within the specified time, further delivery costs will be charged to resend your order.

Returns
Should you wish to return your KIND-LY products, please contact us. Due to hygiene reasons, you may only return new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original resalable condition; no refund can be made for products that have been opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.
You are responsible for the cost of return item shipping to us and we recommend you opt for a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us safely or go missing in transit. If you think your items are lost, have received the wrong products, or your items have arrived damaged please contact us immediately and we can assist you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. (2 Ways To Use): On Dry Skin: Apply product to face and leave for 7 minutes for mask to dry. With wet hands gently massage face to slowly loosen mask and exfoliate. Rinse off with warm water. On Damp Skin: Apply a dollop of product to face and massage gently. Leave on for a few minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Follow with KIND-LY Hydrating Serum and Cream. For external use only. Patch test first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store below 30°C, out of direct sunlight. NOTES: Warming or tingling sensation - This mud mask may generate a warming, cooling or tingling sensation. This is perfectly normal and is a result of the active ingredients working. After removing mask your skin may appear flushed for a short period of time.
