During sales, holiday periods and times of high-demand, please allow extra time for your order to be dispatched. You will receive email notification with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Shipping is FREE and standard shipping service is used for ALL orders. Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be provided via email. Please ensure you provide a safe address for your shipment. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, your parcel will be transferred to your local Post Office for you to collect. Please ensure that your postal address is correct when placing your order (specifically, please make sure that apartment numbers are included where required), as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly supplied addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly supplied address or not collected from the Post Office within the specified time, further delivery costs will be charged to resend your order.

From time to time our delivery partners will experience delays outside of our control. For updates on delays, please visit Australia Post’s website or refer to the tracking information provided with your order.

Should you wish to return your KIND-LY products, please contact us. Due to hygiene reasons, you may only return new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original resalable condition; no refund can be made for products that have been opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.

You are responsible for the cost of return item shipping to us and we recommend you opt for a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us safely or go missing in transit. If you think your items are lost, have received the wrong products, or your items have arrived damaged please contact us immediately and we can assist you.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
