How long will it take you to ship my order?

Our Glosoli Glo-Getters will ensure your order is processed within 48 hours (Mon- Fri). You will be sent your shipping tracking reference via email when this is complete. If you haven’t received the tracking digits, please allow a further business day, and then let our team know.

Returns Policy:

The Glosoli Sport girls aim to take you from sweaty mess to hell yes. We offer refunds / exchange for a change of mind, if goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us at [email protected] so we can organise a solution. All products are applicable for a refund if contacted and returned within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Refund of shipping costs and return postage charges:

We recommend you send it back via a tracked service to ensure the goods are returned to us safely. Glosoli Sport is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return and shipping charges are non-refundable. Glosoli Sport is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of goods during the return process.

My package has arrived in a less than ideal state, what can I do?

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
